SUMMARY SCOPE NOTE:  This series consists of accounts of the amount and type of produce grown and supplies used at various prison farms.  In addition, the 1875-1884 volume also contains a list of guards assigned to farm details for the years 1875-1878.  Information includes date, type, and quantity of produce.  This series covers the years 1875-1884 and 1906.
