SUMMARY SCOPE NOTE:  This series consists of a ledger which records receipts and disbursements related to construction and operation of a new water line.  Information includes date, amount of receipt or disbursement, source of receipts, payee, type of expense, and balance.  This series details the manufacture of the concrete pipe by the division of prison industries as well as the installation of the pipe on prison property.  Water pipe was manufactured for sale to all South Carolina municipalities.
