SUMMARY SCOPE NOTE:  This series is the record of pay to agency staff for their work with department.  Information includes pay period, check number, payee, amount, date, gross pay, deductions, net pay, totals to date, and sheet number.  These journals reflect the individual employee's totals and summarize the various division totals.
