SUMMARY SCOPE NOTE:  This series is used to maintain a record of the agency's expenditures and consists of ledger cards which record any expense incurred by the agency using state money for items such as office supplies, travel, and fringe benefits.  These cards also reflect expenses incurred with money from federal grants such as payment of payrolls to individuals salaried by that federal grant.  Information includes date, account name or type, to whom disbursement was issued, voucher number, and amount of disbursement.
