SUMMARY SCOPE NOTE:  This record is used to record financial information on prison inmates who deposit money into and withdraw money from the inmate trust fund account which is set up by the agency for those inmates who wish to participate.  A separate ledger card is maintained on each inmate and includes name of inmate, account number, race, old balance, date, withdrawal, deposit, and balance.
