ARRANGEMENT:  1866-1868 and 1870-1877 unarranged.  1869 arranged numerically by voucher number.

 

SUMMARY SCOPE NOTE:  This series is comprised of vouchers from the prison industries division and the canteen division for goods and services purchased by the agency.  Materials and forms included are vouchers, receipts from the respective division, vendor invoices for the goods and services purchased, and in some instances correspondence concerning the purchases.  These records are used in the internal management operations of the fiscal affairs division.  Information includes date, voucher number, name of vendor, type of items or services purchased, and total expenditure.

 

PROVENANCE:  The 1869 vouchers were purchased from the Baker family in 1994.  The 1869 vouchers include numbers 1-4, 6-66, and 68-151.  Vouchers 5 and 67 are missing.
