SUMMARY SCOPE NOTE:  This record series is used to maintain and document fiscal information concerning the actual amount of money received by the agency from the State Treasurer's Office, the amount of expenses incurred by the agency, and the balance of funds remaining.  This series consists of ledger cards which are maintained on each account such as improvements, prison industries, administration operating fund, and payroll.  Information includes account name, fiscal year, voucher number, date, description, debit, credit, total debits, total credits, and the balance.  This series covers the years, 1955-1956 and 1961-1980.  Fiscal year 1978-1979 is missing.
