all prison operations as well as security, construction, engineering, and
maintenance of facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
SUMMARY SCOPE NOTE: This series consists of reports and memoranda detailing activities of this department
such as facilities maintenance, new construction, equipment
purchases, inmate deaths, status of the inmate population
at each correctional facility, escapee apprehension, and
emergency response to prison riots or hostage situations.
