South Carolina Department of Archives and History Online Reservations to visit the Research Room
Due to the unprecedented circunstances as a result of the Covid-19 virus the SCDAH has been closed to the public since March 2020. On May 12th, 2020, the South Carolina Department of Administration issued guidelines for the limited reopening of state government to the public. The guidelines recommend that state agencies have a reservation system in place for the public to utillize insuring safe social distancing and providing an safe environment for bothe employees and visitors to the South Carolina Department of Archives and History.
